1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases, including subscriptions, made on Omora.ch .

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all agreements concluded via Omora.ch and form the legal framework for product delivery and customer rights.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties unless otherwise stated.

Omora reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, the price displayed at the time of your order is binding.

We will inform you promptly in the event of out-of-stock items or delivery delays. You will be offered a refund, alternative item, or the option to wait.

4. Contract execution

All offers on Omora.ch are non-binding. A purchase contract is only concluded once:

  • You have submitted a binding order via the website, and
  • Omora signifies its acceptance of the order by delivering some or all of the products specified in it.

5. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. We currently offer shipping to EU countries and Switzerland.

Shipping is free, unless otherwise specified.

If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is:

  • 14 days from receipt of the goods

You may also use the EU Standard Withdrawal Form (attached at the end of this document).

You must notify us of your intent to cancel – simply refusing the goods is not sufficient.

7. Effects of Withdrawal

If you cancel the contract:

  • We will refund all payments, including the original shipping costs (except any extra charges for non-standard delivery), without undue delay, and within 14 days of being informed of your decision.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back.

8. Return Conditions

You must return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. Returns should be sent to:

Returns must be:

  • Properly package
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation
  • Returned at your expense (unless otherwise agreed)

You are liable for diminished value if the item is used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.

9. Warranty & Complaints

You are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty for defective goods under EU law.

This includes:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Or full refund (in severe cases)

Claims must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovery.
Complaints made within 2 months are always considered timely.

We do not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear

Send returns or complaints to our contact address above. COD shipments will not be accepted.

10. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We will deduct any depreciation caused by improper use.

11. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)

When you shop with us, we collect:

  • Name, address, email, phone number
  • Order history and payment method (but not full credit card info)

Legal Basis: We process your data to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and comply with legal requirements.

Data Retention: Your data is stored for five years in accordance with Swiss and EU tax laws.

Data Processors: We use Shopify (and other third-party services) to process orders. These processors operate under strict data protection agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (when legally permissible)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

Disputes can be resolved through:
